Change Freeze Period
This planned maintenance is our change freeze period. During this time we will not undertake significant changes to our systems or network (as defined in the affected components list) to prevent disruption to services. This period applied to all non-emergency changes; however, changes to maintain operational stability will be carried out by our engineers when required.
Please note: This change freeze is applies to systems operated by CWCS for service delivery. Customers' own servers and platforms are outside the scope of this change freeze. If you would like to implement a change freeze on your servers, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
