Description of Work

Our Barracuda Mail and Spam Filtering service will be rebooted to apply updates

Time and date

  • Start: 01:00 02/02/2026
  • Finish: 04:00 02/02/2026

Anticipated Impact

There will be a period of service downtime of approximately 10 minutes, during which time some email may not be routed. Any mail sent within the impacted time frame will be retried upon completion of the task. If the sender receives a bounce back for any reason, re-sending the email(s) in question after this time should then result in successful delivery.
