We will be performing scheduled maintenance and rebooting edge routers within our London network infrastructure.
Traffic will be proactively rerouted away from the affected devices before maintenance begins, and therefore no customer downtime is expected. However, this maintenance window has been classified as At Risk due to the potential for unforeseen issues during the work. Should any unexpected problems arise, services may experience brief disruption while remediation activities are carried out.
