We have identified an issue affecting our DCN3 core switches and are scheduling an emergency maintenance window as it may be necessary to reboot both devices. This maintenance will not impact customers currently hosted at our DCN1 facility.

Customers hosted at DCN3 may have loss of connectivity for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
